Furthermore, continues Broomhall, Wanderweb Talk offers users absolute independence, in that they can choose their service provider, as they can access the Wanderweb service via any network. They are also able to utilise any Internet-connected device, from a desktop PC to a home tablet to a smart phone on the move.

This means that communications are encrypted at the source and the directory of contacts and call record histories reside in the cloud, rather than on the device.
